Duties
- Manage all aspects of food and beverage operations at the Pool Concessions, Course Stands, and Racquets Facility including budgeting, staffing, and inventory control.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.
- Oversee food handling practices to maintain high-quality service and product integrity.
- Supervise front-of-house personnel, providing training and support as needed.
