Major Accountabilities/ Essential Duties

  • Effective and professional communication with all areas of the location.
  • Receive and respond to email and phone communication in a timely manner.
  • Small Cone inventory tracking and reporting.
  • Yarn requests and transfers from and to other locations.
  • Track aging non-nafta yarn and pull or rotate as needed.
  • O restrict yarn cases for sell off.
  • Weekly Audit of weaving paperwork (file cabinet)
  • Locate Beams and rolls as needed for expedited orders.
  • Close underproduced orders.
  • Special Fabric Orders
  • Back up to Yarn Scheduler
  • Participate in Glen Raven’s safety programs and culture.

Minimum Requirements:

Education

  • High School Diploma.

Experience


  • 2 years of textile experience preferred
  • Previous planning experience preferred.
  • ERP system experience preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office/Excel proficiency required.

Key Skills

  • Good verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with computers.
  • A high level of accuracy is required.
  • Frequent data entry.
  • Ability to work with all levels of people.
