The Director, Special Projects will span the entirety of the portfolio.

Role Overview:
The Director of Strategic Growth will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives, channel expansion, and business offering expansion. This role requires a seasoned professional with a background in strategy, business development, and execution. This individual must be entrepreneurial, willing to test, fail, iterate, and adapt quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive data-driven decision-making by analyzing market trends, competitive landscapes, and internal performance metrics
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, partnerships, and business models
- Apply a test-and-iterate approach to develop, launch, and scale new offerings or partnership strategies
- Develop and implement strategic growth plans aligned with company objectives
- Work cross-functionally with leadership teams to align growth strategies with operational capabilities
- Develop and activate localized sales motions across a distributed footprint
- Design and implement efficient, scalable processes that minimize customer and operating friction
- Define and establish KPIs and reporting for key initiatives (funnel and pipeline reporting, deal statistics, etc.)
- Lead strategic projects, including new service offerings, partnerships, distribution channels, and customer segment expansions.
- Develop and manage project plans for multiple initiatives with clear timelines and cross-functional dependencies
Qualifications / Experience:
- 10 years of experience in business development, venture building, corporate
- strategy development, management consulting or other relevant experience
- Experience in leading growth-focused initiatives in a dynamic business environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate actionable insights
- Proven track record of executing successful growth strategies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Self-starter with ability to work both independently and cross-functionally in a consulting/contract capacity to drive results
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in a distributed retail operations environment, education or other care-based experience is a plus
- Prior consulting experience is a plus
Engagement Details:
- Consulting/contract basis with the potential for long-term engagement
- Minimum 3 days in the office per week plus willingness to travel as needed
- Flexible work arrangement based on project needs and company objectives.
- Meaningful performance-based compensation in addition to base fees.
