- Develop and implement HSEC strategies and policies to minimize risks and ensure compliance with corporate and jurisdictional requirements
- Manage and maintain accurate records of environmental data, including water quality monitoring results and other relevant information
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions
- Assist with training programs for site personnel to promote a culture of safety and environmental stewardship
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement operational improvements
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including site personnel, regulatory agencies, and local communities, to provide updates on project progress and address concerns
