Key Responsibilities:
- Program Development and Implementation:
- Design and implement engaging and therapeutic day service programs for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
- Ensure programs align with organizational goals, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Staff Supervision and Training:
- Supervise, train, and mentor program staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and identify opportunities for professional development.
- Client-Centered Approach:
- Collaborate with participants, their families, and relevant professionals to develop person-centered service plans.
- Advocate for the needs and preferences of program participants, promoting a sense of independence and choice.
- Quality Assurance:
- Monitor and evaluate program outcomes to ensure a high standard of service delivery.
