About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated concierge receptionist to join our team at Glenmeadow. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction for our clients. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for managing their requests and inquiries. Your main goal will be to provide a welcoming and professional environment for our clients and visitors.

Schedule:
- Set schedule: Full Time (32 hours per week) Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and every other Saturday & Sunday from 8am-4pm
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed is necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage and prioritize client requests and inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
Skills:
As a receptionist, you will utilize your exceptional customer service and communication skills on a daily basis. You will also need to have strong organizational and time management skills to manage client requests and inquiries efficiently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required to perform administrative tasks.
