This position will operate in a hybrid work environment, 3 days per week in the office (Philadelphia, PA).

OVERVIEW:

By joining the Human Resources team at Glenmede, you will contribute to the creation of a highly successful, client-focused, fast paced, growth oriented, wealth and asset management organization. Glenmede is seeking an Entry Level Talent Management Professional with expertise in HR, solid conceptual thinking skills, and a strong focus on employee experience, complemented by exceptional client relationships management and needs assessments abilities. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, this individual must serve as an objective partner and advisor to HR, employees, and leaders at Glenmede. This role is well-suited for an HR Professional who is change and service oriented, results-driven, and creative yet well-organized.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partner with HRBPs and stakeholders to support the execution of the talent management strategy for the organization based on organizational goals, objectives and internal needs of the businesses.
  • In collaboration with key stakeholders, you will create, implement and administer Talent Management programs, including, but not limited to our early career rotational program, summer internship program, co-op program and establish enterprise-wide solutions and best practices, e.g., required learnings, people manager and leadership development and more.
  • Assist in measuring and improving employee engagement through surveys and focus groups.
  • Facilitate the execution of various learning and development programs with external vendors virtually and in-person (as needed).
  • Responsible for the day-to-day technical and operational management of training assignments, campaigns, reporting, assessments, and other functions in our enterprise Learning Management System (ADP).
  • Maintain and update the annual Talent Management calendar, Talent Profiles, and SharePoint site with relevant content and assessment results.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to talent management and employee performance and use data to generate reports and insights for leadership to support strategic decision-making.
  • Foster an inclusive work environment that enables all Glenmede employees to achieve their full potential by building on strengths and leveraging diverse viewpoints.
  • Manage and coordinate the promotion process.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited college or university, preferably in Business, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 3 years of related experience in a Talent Management, Organizational Development, Training, or Learning and Development role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an advanced proficiency in analysis, interpretation, and presentation of large data sets.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be able to multi-task, self-manage and reprioritize work to meet the demands of a fast-paced and rapidly changing workplace, while still being able to follow-through on the completion of assignments and projects.
  • Proven ability to execute while utilizing competency in collaboration, relationship building, influence, and cross-functional alignment on enterprise-wide solutions.
  • Innovative, consultative, and relentless approach to process improvements and strategy implementation.
  • Analytical skills for assessing performance and developing strategies.
  • Experience with talent management software and HR analytics tools.
  • Dedication to accomplishing goals and challenges presented by our businesses and management.
  • Ability to move multiple engagements forward while working at a detailed level.
  • Ability to interact with various levels of management including executives and directors.
  • Exceptional organization and project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal presentation and written communication skills.
