- Assist Project Managers with client requests and execution of litigation support projects.
- Oversee full project life cycle, ensuring adherence to project parameters.
- Implement best practices in line with firm policies for eDiscovery cases.
- Collaborate with Client Solutions Manager and Project Managers to optimize legal tech usage.
- Coordinate data transfer, storage, and ensure quality assurance.
- Track delivery schedules, manage work scope changes, and participate in post-project analysis.
- Assist in developing and delivering training on document review protocols.
- Promote the use of litigation technology and practice support services.
- Coordinate electronic and paper document discovery, including scanning, coding, review, and production.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in litigation technology.
- 3 years of professional litigation experience (large law firm or consulting experience preferred).
- RCA certification or Relativity-Certified Administrator preferred
- Knowledge of Everlaw Relativity, WestLaw Case Notebook, Case Map, TimeMap; IPRO e-Capture and IPRO experience a plus.
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Brainspace, NexLP) and trial presentation tools (e.g., Sanction, Trial Director) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and collaborative skills.
