Part Time: 1-10 hrs/wk in Spring/Fall, 15-30 hrs/week in Summer, Evening availability required
Glenmoor Country Club is an upscale, family oriented, private club centrally located in beautiful Cherry Hills Village off of Belleview and I25. Our dedicated tennis team is a critical piece in offering our members the best in a variety of experiences. We are searching for a Tennis Pro to serve our active tennis community. This is a seasonal position with a start date of March 15. Responsibilities include some or all of the following:
• Run evening tennis programs including drill classes, leagues, and special events.
• Assists with coaching the summer junior programs.
• Leads on-court activities for the 10-and-under program
• Plans and coordinates special events (Socials, One-day tournaments, etc.)
• Teaches private lessons and drills
• Coaches adult team practices and pre-match warm-ups.
• Helps maintain tennis facilities for cleanliness, safety, and appearance
• Seeks to create an active and social tennis community
• Demonstrates experience and a strong aptitude for teaching and coaching tennis
• USPTA/RSPA/PTR certification is a plus
• Compensation consists of a competitive hourly wage and lesson commissions

Pay consists of a base hourly rate of $20 an hour and an on-court rate of $30-$35 DOE. Commissions are paid from lessons taught.
This seasonal position includes the following benefits:
· Sick pay up to 48 a year - accrued based on hours worked
· 401k Plan with employer match when age, tenure, and hours eligibility requirements are met.

Requirements
• The successful applicant will demonstrate passion and a strong aptitude for teaching and coaching tennis
• Communication and problem solving are required skills for this position.
• 3 years of teaching experience is strongly preferred
• USPTA/RSPA/PTR certification is a plus
• Must have a minimum 4.0 player rating
• Must enjoy working with adults and children
