- Team Impact Responsible for the scheduling of procedures / tests required from physician office booking slips and verbal orders obtaining financial verification and payment arrangements to ensure revenue and completing the registration process in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner while remaining sensitive to the needs of patients, their families, and fellow employees to ensure a smooth, orderly workflow.

- How You Will Fulfill Your Potential Responsibilities
- Answers phone in a timely manner
- Schedule all exams appropriately
- Relays correct preparation information to patients or doctors’ office
- Reschedule or cancel exams as needed
- Ensure confirmation letters and attachments are mailed out daily Education / Accredited Programs
- High School Graduate
- Requires one year of experience in a Healthcare environment, two years preferred

- Salary Range The expected base rate for this Glens Falls, New York, United States-based position is $19.00 to $27.00 per hour. Exact rate is determined on a case-by-case basis commensurate with experience level, as well as education and certifications pertaining to each position which may be above the listed job requirements.
