We are looking for a talented and experienced individual to supervise the orders team and assist in processing customer orders in an efficient and timely manner. This position allows for close collaboration with the sales team and shipping department, with the goal of offering an exceptional customer service experience. Glentronics is an environment that allows the candidate to become part of the overall process ensuring our customers are fully supported. SAP experience and working with retail customers is a plus.
Order Processing Supervisor
- Oversee the daily operations of the order processing team and provide guidance and direction
- Troubleshoot order processing issues and resolve customer concerns
- Manage retail compliance disputes and retail scorecards
- Administer continual training for the orders team
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure order accuracy and on-time delivery
Order Processing
- Receive and process EDI orders
- Enter orders into system
- Confirm orders
- Invoice orders
- QC orders for accuracy
- Work closely with shipping department and inside sales team
- Answer customer calls
- Set up new customers
- Process customer returns
Qualifications – 3 Years Supervisor Experience
- Order processing or customer service – 3 Year
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
- SAP a plus
- Proficient in Excel
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent organization and communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $58,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
