Upon Filling Description :

Full-time, Middle School Bilingual Mongolian Teacher needed for the 2024-25 school year.

Qualifications :

A valid Illinois Professional Educator License (Self-Contained K-9) AND

A statement of approval authorizing employment as a bilingual Mongolian education teacher issued by the Illinois State Board of Education

OR an endorsement on their PEL for a bilingual Mongolian program

OR a Transitional Bilingual Certificate endorsed in the Mongolian language.

Candidate must be fluent in Mongolian and English

Working Conditions :

Full-time (1.0 FTE) teaching position starting August 2024 through June 2025. Certified staff work 185 days.

FLSA Status : Exempt

Salary : Salary placement is dependent on years of teaching experience and education. Please refer to the GEA Collective Bargaining Agreement for contract information.
