Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk duties, including responding to phone calls and voicemails, greeting visitors, and handling mail and packages.
- Assist students with their inquiries, provide information about resources and services, and direct them to relevant personnel.
- Maintain accurate records and files, perform data entry tasks, and assist with other administrative duties as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
