**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide direct patient care and supervision of CNA's as a charge nurse under the supervision of a Registered Nurse - Unit Manager who reports directly to the Director of Nursing.
**Duties:**
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare plans and treatments
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
**Requirements:**
- Valid LPN license in the state of Georgia
- Knowledge of physiology and healthcare standards
- Experience with IV insertion, tube feeding, and sonography is preferred
- Ability to work in various settings such as hospitals, home care, and toddler care
- Strong organizational skills for effective case management
*Prior experience with PCC is a plus!
