Our organization is seeking a highly organized and personable Office Assistant / Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. In this position, you will handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to emails.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail correspondence.
- Maintain and update office calendars, scheduling appointments as needed.
- Assist with invoicing, processing receipts, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Perform data entry, filing, and document organization.
- Monitor and manage office supply inventory, placing orders as needed.
- Support office staff with additional administrative tasks as assigned.
- Will assist in donation collection
