Responsibilities
- Execute Multi-Channel Campaigns: Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns across email, cold outreach, webinars, events, content marketing, and other channels to drive engagement and conversions.
- Shape Brand Identity: Define and refine brand voice to resonate with social marketers, ensuring consistency across all communications and marketing materials.
- Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to develop and launch marketing initiatives that align with product growth and user acquisition goals.
- Optimize and Scale Marketing Strategies: Analyze performance data to refine campaign effectiveness, experiment with new tactics, and drive continuous improvement in customer acquisition and retention.
- Contribute to Strategic Growth: Play a key role in shaping the company’s go-to-market strategy, advocating for best practices, and positioning as a leader in generative imagery and video solutions.
Qualifications
- 5 Years of Experience: Proven track record of driving traffic and lead generation, with at least five years of professional experience (2019 graduate or earlier).
- Martech Startup Expertise: Experience in scaling marketing functions from 0 to 1 at a martech startup. Bonus points for experience in the social media space.
- Technical Marketing Skills: Comfortable working with engineering teams to develop custom solutions that enhance lead generation and marketing automation.
- Customer-Driven Messaging: Ability to translate customer feedback from sales and customer success teams into compelling brand messaging and positioning.
- Social Media Marketing Proficiency: Experience running both organic and paid social campaigns, optimizing for engagement and conversions.
- Proactive & Impact-Driven: Self-motivated marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, and drives initiatives from concept to execution.
