Responsibilities:
- Lead by example, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring customer requests and issues are handled professionally and efficiently.
- Oversee vendor relations, including managing orders, merchandise returns, and credits.
- Create and manage employee schedules, assist with staff training, and recognize outstanding performance.
- Maintain up-to-date training/reference materials for staff.
- Uphold company policies and manage tasks delegated by ownership.
- Manage inventory, including re-stocking and overseeing the inventory process.
- Lead point-of-sale operations and coach employees on sales techniques, including upselling.
- Manage and ensure timely processing and same-day shipping for e-commerce orders.
- Plan, organize, and execute off-site events and shows, including calendar planning.
- Strategize and implement marketing efforts to generate new business through social media and other channels.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization to ensure a polished presentation.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and managing staff performance.
- Oversee store supplies and reorder as necessary.
- Ensure a seamless and engaging customer experience across all platforms.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage a small team effectively.
- A passion for fashion, styling, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A 2-year college degree is preferred, but relevant experience will be considered.
- Retail and strong leadership experience is mandatory.
- Experience with purchasing or buying is a bonus but not required.
- Flexibility in scheduling, including the ability to pick up shifts when needed.
- Some travel may be required for events.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay: $44,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience.
