Studio Manager - Job Description

GLO30 is looking for a positive leader in the store to drive sales and lead in managing the daily business operations and cultivating a welcoming experience for our clients. Studio managers are enthusiastic and passionate about wellness, outgoing and energetic, and enjoy connecting with others to build community, increase client retention, and ultimately drive sales. The studio manager will be the lead for driving sales by providing knowledgeable information to prospective clients on the services GLO30 provides, the medical grade skincare products we use, and engage with enthusiasm and genuine support for the community we are building.

Responsibilities

Team & Store Management

• Manage and develop team members, including front hosts and providers, creating a culture of ownership and results.

• Conduct operational and administrative tasks relating to front/back of house

• Onboard and and train staff, specific to your studio policies and procedures

• Schedule front hosts and providers based on the needs of the business

• Provide in-the-moment feedback to staff and help develop staff growth

• Ensure that the store is client-ready, from staff to products and supplies

• Show gratitude, celebrate small wins

Client Management

• Provide high-level hospitality to our clients and lead by example for your team

• Proactively conduct client outreach to assist in scheduling treatment services

• Grow client base through client acquisition, conversion, and retention plans

• Address client needs with a positive, client-centric approach

• Build and foster relationships with clients to drive client conversion and retention

Schedule Management

• Evaluate studio schedule for the upcoming week, identifying opportunities for optimization

• Review the previous day's schedule to identify areas of opportunities with providers and other studio staff

Reporting, Business Acumen, and Marketing

• Drive revenue through schedule optimization and studio utilization

• Help manage studio P&L to increase revenue and control expenses

• Lead grassroots and community marketing efforts to engage with local businesses

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
