Position Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Sales and Account Manager to lead our sales efforts within a designated territory. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a deep understanding of the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Territory Management: Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth within a designated territory.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with financial intermediaries, promoting our firm's suite of products.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with a Regional Senior Vice President (External Wholesaler) to achieve sales goals.
- Data Analysis: Maintain accurate records of territory activities and sales pipelines in our CRM system, analyzing data to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: 2-5 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field; bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; FINRA Series 7 and/or 22, and 63/66 licenses (or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe).
- Skills and Certifications: Exceptional phone and communication skills; strong organizational skills and attention to detail; SIE certification (if applicable).
