Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and sales for new home communities.
- Collaborate with leadership, sales teams, and external agencies to develop and execute marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and email marketing to maximize ROI.
- Oversee traditional marketing efforts, including print ads, billboards, direct mail, and signage.
- Plan and execute grand openings, community events, and promotional activities to engage potential buyers and real estate agents.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
- Develop compelling content, including website updates, blog posts, video content, and social media campaigns.
- Work closely with designers to create high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and community signage.
- Conduct competitive market analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and customer preferences.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to leadership, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage the company website, ensuring it remains updated with accurate community and inventory information.
- Implement strategies to enhance online visibility and lead conversion.
- Oversee online listing platforms (Zillow, Realtor.com, etc.) and ensure accuracy of property details.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the homebuilding, real estate, or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including Google Ads, social media advertising, and email marketing platforms.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Lasso).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience working with graphic designers and external agencies.
- Knowledge of the DFW real estate market(preferred).
