What are the responsibilities and job description for the ServiceNow Architect position at Global Alliant Inc?
ServiceNow Architect
Baltimore, MD (Hybrid- 2 days onsite in a week)
Minimum Experience-
- At least five (5) years of expert-level experience in an enterprise IT environment, supporting computer hardware, software, and enterprise applications.
- A minimum of five (5) years of verifiable experience as a ServiceNow architect, administrator, or in a related role.
- At least five (5) years of hands-on experience in designing and developing incident, problem, and change management modules within ServiceNow, along with building and managing the Service Catalog.
- A minimum of two (2) years of proven expertise in configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform, including a deep understanding of tables, fields, forms, and workflows.
- Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and the implementation of Configuration Management Databases (CMDB).
