Job Responsibilities
- Providing one call resolution for customer inquiries
- Utilizing call center experience to handle inbound calls
- Driving service sales through excellent customer service
- Processing payments and orders accurately
- Ensuring asset protection through order processing
- Resolving complaints and providing top-notch customer support
- Managing client services and utilizing point-of-sale systems
- Handling claims resolution and merchandising
- Performing inbound/outbound calling as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned.
