Job Description
- Create high-quality 3D models, parts, and assemblies using CREO and SolidWorks software to meet project requirements and specifications.
- Develop and optimize 3D models for use in product design, engineering, and manufacturing processes.
- Work with SQL databases to manage and retrieve design data, ensuring efficient storage and access to information.
- Write basic SQL queries for data extraction and reporting from project databases.
- Utilize AFX frameworks to enhance design workflows and improve efficiency in modeling tasks.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure that 3D models meet technical standards and specifications, including GHS (General Hydrostatic Stability) criteria.
- Maintain and update models and designs based on feedback and revisions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to 3D modeling, design, and database management.
- Ensure adherence to industry best practices and company standards in all aspects of the design process.
- Assist with the integration of 3D models into larger systems or frameworks as required by the project scope.
