Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the quality and functionality of applications by conducting comprehensive testing, including functional, integration, and system testing, with a focus on Salesforce and Oracle-related systems.
- Test Planning and Execution
- End-to-End Testing
- Defect Management
- Test Data Management
- Performance Testing
- Documentation
- Proven experience in end-to-end testing, with a strong focus on Salesforce and Oracle applications.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment backed up by strong communication skills
- Proficiency in SQL, Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.), and Oracle databases.
- Knowledge of various testing methodologies, including functional, integration, system, and regression testing.
- Defect Management:
- Experience using defect tracking tools and managing defect lifecycles.
- Communication:
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Problem-Solving:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
- Automation:
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (a plus).
