Location: Downtown Miami (Brickell) Onsite, 5 Days/Week (Local Candidates Only)
Duration: 18 Month Contract (Contract-to-Hire Potential)
Job Description:
Kaseya is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced End-to-End Tester to support testing efforts for Salesforce and Oracle-based systems. In this onsite role located in Downtown Miami (Brickell), you will be responsible for executing functional, integration, and regression testing across mission-critical business applications.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform end-to-end testing for applications and workflows built on Salesforce and Oracle platforms.
Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA team members to define test scenarios, acceptance criteria, and defect resolution plans.
Execute a variety of test types including functional, integration, system, and regression testing.
Maintain clear and concise defect documentation, including reproduction steps, logs, and impact analysis.
Communicate testing status, risks, and issues clearly across stakeholders and technical teams.
Participate in test planning, design, and test case reviews to ensure thorough coverage of business requirements.
Contribute to test automation efforts when applicable and collaborate on framework improvements.
Required Skills & Experience:
Hands-on experience in end-to-end testing, with a focus on Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and Oracle applications.
Strong understanding of testing methodologies and best practices across the SDLC.
Proven experience in defect tracking and lifecycle management using tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong team player with a proactive attitude.
Preferred Skills:
Proficiency in SQL for data validation and backend testing.
Knowledge of Salesforce and Oracle database structures.
Exposure to test automation tools and frameworks is a plus.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Background in large-scale enterprise systems or SaaS platforms is beneficial.
