Responsibilities (Under Direct Supervision):
- Printing and Output Management:
- Operate Xerox production printers
- Use BARR Print Spool Software to manage print jobs
- Monitor hardware and print quality
- Handle printed output (lift, box, band, staple, and deliver according to user specifications)
- Drive a full-size delivery van for internal/external deliveries
- Perform additional duties as required by business needs
- Equipment Maintenance:
- Conduct routine maintenance using common hand tools
- Perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, and lying on the floor
- Cleanliness and Organization:
- Maintain cleanliness in personal and shared office spaces
- Clean and maintain print and office equipment
- Support & Collaboration:
- Work closely with peers, supervisors, vendors, and management
- Assist in troubleshooting issues related to hardware, software, and production processes
- Learn and apply basic troubleshooting techniques
- Assist in cross-training fellow team members
- Schedule Flexibility:
- Work flexible hours across any of five shifts with minimal notice
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift and move items over 50 pounds regularly
- Valid driver's license and confidence operating a full-size delivery van
- Strong customer service orientation
- Basic computer aptitude and willingness to learn technical systems
