- 7 years of experience as a Project Manager or Functional Consultant in Oracle ERP implementations
- Deep knowledge of Oracle General Ledger, including chart of accounts structure, allocations, journal entries, and financial reporting
- Proven experience with Oracle EBS and at least one full-cycle Oracle Cloud Financials implementation
- Strong understanding of public sector financial processes and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred
- Experience working with or for a government entity or municipality
- Familiarity with related Oracle Cloud modules (AP, AR, Cash Management, etc.)
- Experience with data migration tools and methodologies
