Kronos WFM Application support engineer requires:
3 years IT experience implementing different Kronos WFM products (REQUIRED)
3 years experience implementing Oracle Exadata Cloud Service / at Customer (REQUIRED)
2 years experience using enterprise software development; Experience with Java (REQUIRED)
3 of experience on Jboss/Oracle Weblogic server (REQUIRED)
Should have high level understanding on Client platform footprint that includes Oracle technology products, Exadata Cloud, VMware - Linux VM, HyperV and windows 10 (ALL REQUIRED)
Adept at reading, writing, and interpreting technical documentation and procedure manuals
Ability to present ideas and solutions in user-friendly language/ Ability to explain technical concepts to inexperienced users
Solid understanding about Oracle Database 12c/19c/21c
Splunk
Java software design and/or development
Kronos WFM Application support engineer duties:
Analyze diagnostics using Splunk monitoring tool
Troubleshoot, address Kronos WFM software problems during outages and making sure that all the critical Kronos WFM technology components are recovered in time
Provide technical support to businesses teams
Implement, adhere to, and advocate for ITIL best practices regards to stores and selling systems.
SME supporting Helpdesk and L2 team
