We are seeking a skilled EBS MFG Consultant to join our team. As an EBS MFG Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expertise on MFG modules like WIP, BOM, Costing, Engineering, Inventory, Quality, WMS, and MRP/MPS. You will work closely with offshore, onsite, and remote resources to establish sound communication channels and provide exceptional support.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expertise on MFG modules
- Work with offshore, onsite, and remote resources
- Establish sound communication channels
- Provide exceptional support
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience working on MFG modules
- Basic knowledge of SCM module
- Flexibility in working with different teams
- Experience in support processes
- Knowledge of ServiceNow ticketing tool
- Knowledge of planning modules like ASCP (an advantage)
- On-Site customer-facing experience
