Prior customer-facing experience

Familiarity with scheduling software like Workday.
Understand and follow Good Staffing Practices.
Recruiting Assistant requires:
Answer telephones and directing requests to appropriate people.
Utilize software applications such as Workday, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Word, and Excel.
Excellent attention to detail in editing and proofreading documents.
Assist with scheduling calendars.
Serve as back-up to other administrative and operations personnel.
