About Global Channel Management
We are seeking an experienced Executive Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will provide administrative assistance to senior management, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have 3 - 5 years of experience in administrative roles, with a strong background in shipping, courier contracts, and computer applications. A degree in Business is highly desirable.
- Excellent typing skills (minimum 50 wpm) and proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, desktop publishing, and database applications.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- In-depth knowledge of company procedures and policies, enabling efficient execution of administrative support.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clerical support to senior management
• Manage telephone inquiries and respond to customer requests
• Prepare and edit documents using word processing software
Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
