We are hiring for a Guest Services Associate position. In order to be the “best" we need the best; our staff makes our guests feel as though they have found their ideal home away from home through their friendly professionalism.
BESO DEL SOL is a part of GLOBAL CONNECTIONS, INC. which is a leader in the travel club industry. The headquartered company is located outside of Kansas City, MO, and has multiple resorts in different states. This enables our company to offer many benefits while working in a boutique hotel.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The team member is responsible for maintaining and promoting hospitality at all times by welcoming and serving guests in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner, both face-to-face and on the phone.
Must be available evenings and weekends.
$13 - $17 per hour (wage depends on skill level and experience)
The successful candidate will have some or all of the following qualifications or an understanding of:
- Coordinates Front Desk activities with Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure that guest service standards are consistently met and the optimum number of rooms are occupied.
- Upholds the highest standards of customer service
- Assist in problem resolution for all guest issues
- Ability to walk the property daily to ensure maintenance or security issues are resolved immediately
- Communicate with resort guests and staff using a positive team attitude
- Dedicated, determined, trustworthy, and dependable work ethic
- Knowledge of Roommaster a
Requirements
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and (limited) holidays
- A friendly and welcoming personality
- Microsoft Office: Word, Excel
- Basic social media skills
- Multi-task and detailed oriented
- Ability to pass a criminal background check prior to hire
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
We will train you, but experience is a plus.
