In support of USSOCOM the Special Operations Forces (SOF) Targeting Training Element (STTE) provides SOF personnel advanced Signal Intelligence (SIGINT) tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) training. Training focuses on targeting using collection, network characterization, and analysis across the Radio Frequency spectrum for the purpose of supporting Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, Analyze and Disseminate (F3EAD).
The purpose of this requirement is to provide subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop and deliver classroom instruction and practical exercise programs of instruction (POI) for SOF SIGINT operators and authorized Foreign Partner government personnel on advanced TTPs for collection and exploitation of current and emerging technologies and protocols for SIGINT.

Senior Wireless (Wi-Fi) Instructor / Network Engineer will:
- Develop, update, review, and deliver (instruct/present) required POI techniques, tactics, and procedures for Advanced Wi-Fi Operations courses (See Wi-Fi Course SOW). This shall include tasks such as:
- Provide team-level management of contractor staff performance regarding coordination activities with Government staff, to include review of all training packages to be submitted; present the confirmation brief for each training activity to the Government
- Attend technical meetings, conferences, design reviews, and/or training regarding technology pursuit, advancements, and equipment designs at Government direction
- Directly support Government assigned staff and IC Partners on force modernization, operational assessment, and evaluation projects as they pertain to instruction topics
- Provide written assessments and technical reviews regarding the capabilities and operational employment potential of developing and/or emerging technologies at Government direction
- Generate and administer student course evaluations at the conclusion of each course iteration
- Coordinate Wi-Fi training and practical exercise support to Full Mission Profile courses and exercises
- Senior Wi-Fi Instructor may also be required to perform the tasks of an Intermediate Instructor
- Obtain and/or maintain the Instructor Evaluator level of NSA certification status in the technologies that the Government requires
- At the Government's request, coordinate and/or perform certification courses for contract and Government personnel IAW NSA policy
- 8 years of experience (within the last 10 years) in SIGINT Computer Network Operations collection, analysis, and reporting in a deployed SOF environment, the Intelligence Community or in support of SOF elements
- Completed device fundamentals, networking, wireless security, and ethical hacking training (i.e. A , SEC , NET , CH, etc.) equivalent courses completed
- Designed and maintained an organization's computer networks, servers, laptops, etc
- Configured and maintained network hardware and software
- Ensured network security and integrity
- Monitored network performance
- 2 years of experience utilizing CNO principles and operations, cellular technology, TCP/IP network traffic analysis, SQL implementation, computer programming and scripting, and 802.xx and IP-based protocols
- Certified in three or more of the following certifications: Any certification listed in CompTIA's most recent IT Certification Roadmap at the intermediate level or higher, A , or Offensive Security Wireless Professional (OSWP)
- Current or previous certification as MODE 6 Instructor; eligible on Day 1 for nomination as an Instructor Evaluator
- Possess excellent written and oral communication/presentation skills
- Certified Technical Trainer (CTT ) --OR-- 2 years of experience in curriculum development and implementation, podium lecturing, and classroom instruction
- TOP SECRET clearance and SCI eligible on Day 1 of performance
- A counterintelligence (CI) polygraph within the last 5 years
