Global Engineering Talent is supporting a global EPCM firm in scaling their team for the Construction Management Services (CMS) phase of a major industrial project in Aurora, Colorado . We are seeking an experienced Cost Manager to join the project on-site and play a key role in cost control and financial management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee cost planning, forecasting, and budget management for the CMS phase.
- Conduct cost analysis, risk assessment, and value engineering exercises.
- Manage procurement, contract administration, and change control processes.
- Provide detailed cost reporting and financial insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and commercial teams to ensure financial efficiency.
