This is a highly compensated permanent position as a full-time employee with benefits.
LOCATION: Work is 100% on-site, primarily at the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) facility in Germantown, Maryland.
Global Engineering & Technology (GET) is seeking an experienced eLearning Developer with training skills to join its training team for an on-site position in Germantown, Maryland, supporting the Department of Energy's (DOE) Office of Classification.
eLearning Developer Duties:
- Develops computer-based technical and policy training on both classified and unclassified systems
- Maintains and improves existing training through the application of eLearning disciplines
- Delivers training by various methods (in-person, virtual, computer-based) based on background and training provided by GET
Compensation:
- This position has a compensation range of $110,000 to $150,000 per year, depending on qualifications.
REQUIREMENTS
Security Clearance:
- This position requires an active Top Secret security clearance or DOE Q security clearance
Skills and Experience:
- Five (5) years of direct training experience planning, organizing, and developing computer-based training
- Experience with modern training techniques encompassing the development of course syllabuses, student evaluations, and working with subject matter experts in technical areas
- Experience with Articulate, Storyline, and Adobe Photoshop (or equivalent software) is highly desirable
Education:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
