Pay based strictly on years of experience.
Requirements:
Automotive Refinish Experience-2 years’ experience preferred, Tech school desired
Comfortable working in high-volume shop
Tools-Paint gun(s) necessary to complete work
Leadership skills- Train/Mentor new employees in paint/clear
