Global Environmental & Industrial Response (GEIR) is looking for a Project Coordinator. This position supports project managers by overseeing administrative tasks, ensuring resource availability and the completion of day-to-day scheduling.

Global provides heavy industrial cleaning services to utilities, phosphate/ mining, chemical plants, pulp & paper, and manufacturing facilities with specialization in hydro blasting and vacuum truck work. We provide customized solutions for sulfuric acid facilities, including preventative maintenance and repairs, and full turn-key turnaround services. We also offer a variety of waste processing and handling services to ensure that waste generated from client sites is collected, transported, and disposed of by local, state, and federal regulations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Coordinate work schedules, manpower/equipment needs.
- Work with the team to complete assigned tasks.
- Communication of schedule to project managers, operations, staff, and other various departments in the organization to make sure everyone is on the same page.
- Coordinate with the project manager's budget, issues, and risks of the project.
- Ensures that the project management framework is well-organized and runs smoothly.
- Manage project management documents such as job packs, budget, schedule, and scope of work, as directed by the project manager.
- Order supplies for projects and manage the location’s inventory database.
- Support project managers when implementing risk management strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field required
- Project Management Certifications: Certified associate in project management (CAPM), project management professional (PMP), or similar preferred
- Experience in the industry is required.
- Working knowledge of project management software
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail
- Must have excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills and be able to interface with employees at all levels of the company.
- Professional oral and written interpersonal communication.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required for this position
PAY:
- $60,000/year
