Field Services Supervisor - Service & Preventative Maintenance

About This Opportunity

The Field Service Supervisor is responsible for leading and guiding field employees in the commissioning, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of equipment at customer sites. This role also involves overseeing 3rd party contractors to ensure customer requirements are met effectively and efficiently.

What You Will Do

• Build, develop, and lead teams of technicians to successfully achieve strategic goals, including motivating, training, and conducting performance reviews for direct reports.
• Oversee customer requirements by managing outside contractors and coordinating cross-functional teams to maximize performance.
• Track costs and monitor the overall profitability of projects while ensuring effective technician utilization.
• Ensure the quality of Field Service Technician and subcontractor performance through in-field quality audits and customer visits.
• Develop and implement processes that ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and business results.
• Address customer concerns, both internal and external, by effectively communicating and collaborating with other managers to resolve issues.

What You Have to Offer

• Associate degree in Engineering Technology or a related field.
• 6-8 years of experience in design, manufacturing, or engineering.
• 1-2 years of experience managing technical personnel (preferred).
