Senior Vice President of Sales – Payments Issuing & Acquiring

As SVP of Sales , you’ll lead and expand a dynamic sales team, driving revenue growth and securing high-value enterprise deals in high-risk industries. This is a pivotal opportunity to shape strategy, mentor top sales talent, and play a key role in a rapidly scaling organization.
Your Impact
Lead, develop, and grow a high-performing direct sales team (currently 8 sellers, expanding by 5 more in 2025).
Define and execute sales strategies in collaboration with the CRO, focusing on new market penetration and revenue acceleration.
Own the full sales cycle—closing major enterprise deals, managing high-stakes negotiations, and building long-term client relationships.
Drive sales performance through advanced forecasting, KPI tracking, and CRM discipline (HubSpot expertise preferred).
Work cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Marketing, and Implementation teams to align sales goals with business objectives.
Establish credibility as a trusted advisor, delivering tailored payment solutions that add real value for clients.
What You Bring
5 years of experience leading and scaling high-performance sales teams in fintech, payments, or SaaS.
Deep expertise in card issuing and acquiring —experience in high-risk verticals like travel, e-commerce, or insurance is a plus.
A data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to refine sales strategies and optimize performance.
Hands-on leadership with a passion for coaching, mentoring, and driving sales success.
Proven track record of winning large-scale enterprise deals and exceeding ambitious revenue targets.
CRM proficiency and a structured approach to pipeline management.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
