Position Title : Global Key Account Director
Position Summary : The Global Key Account Director is responsible for supporting and directing the growth of a defined set of Company’s key customers. This critical role will report directly to the Vice President, Global Sales & Marketing and collaborate closely with other team members to develop, execute, and evolve three-year strategic plans that are centered on customer success and growth.
Key Duties and Responsibilities :
- Develop multi-year Customer Leadership Plans to drive customer-valued business solutions, revenue growth and achievement.
- Ensure operational success, which includes, but is not limited to management of forecasting, contracting, purchase orders, quotes, issue resolution, day to day customer inquiries, site visits, etc.
- Lead the understanding of production patterns and drivers through consistent measurement, reporting and analysis by customer facility and in totality.
- In conjunction with a cross functional team, plan and execute growth plans through innovative technology development, targeting and adoption.
- Ensure internal and external SLAs / KPIs are met through consistent measurement, reporting, planning and execution utilizing Salesforce CRM / CPQ in compliance with Net Present Value (NPV) analysis
- Significantly expand current relationships and business across all levels; proven ability to understand customer businesses and drive recognized customer improvement.
- Support the team in ensuring leads are quickly followed up on and moved through the product development lifecycle.
- Establish and grow a healthy pipeline that is a 3-5x multiplier of annual revenue targets.
- Manage customer portals for Request for Quotes / Proposals.
- Other duties as assigned.
