Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team. Responsibilities
- Manage the administration of employee benefits, including workers' compensation and leave management.
- Facilitate employee orientation and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Conduct interviews and assist in the recruitment process to identify top talent for the organization.
- Support change management initiatives by communicating effectively with employees about changes in policies or procedures.
- Maintain accurate HR records using systems such as Paylocity and UltiPro for human capital management.
- Collect and analyze data related to employee performance, engagement, and satisfaction to inform HR strategies.
- Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Experience
- Proven experience in human resources management or related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with workers' compensation processes and change management practices is highly desirable.
- Strong interviewing skills with the ability to assess candidate fit for various roles within the organization.
- Proficiency in data collection methods and analysis to support HR initiatives.
- Experience using HR software such as Paylocity or UltiPro is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building relationships across all levels of the organization.

Pay: $24.60 - $26.67 per hour
