Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Credentialed Trainer/ATE Support to join our dynamic healthcare team in the Emergency Department and Inpatient settings. This individual will play a crucial role in providing training, support, and troubleshooting to staff, ensuring efficient use of [specific software/system/equipment], and fostering continuous learning within the department. Key Responsibilities:
- Training & Support:
- Provide hands-on training to staff within the Emergency Department and Inpatient settings on [specific system, software, or clinical application], ensuring all staff are competent and confident in using the tools effectively.
- Conduct regular follow-up sessions to reinforce learning and address any issues or questions that arise post-training.
- Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and e-learning modules tailored to the needs of different departments.
- Provide one-on-one or group coaching to new staff members or those needing additional support.
- ATE Support:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to [system/equipment] in the Emergency Department and Inpatient areas.
- Collaborate with IT, clinical, and operational teams to ensure that all technical systems are running efficiently and meet the needs of healthcare providers.
- Coordinate and oversee ATE support for system upgrades, installations, and general maintenance.
- Quality Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and enhance the user experience within the Emergency Department and Inpatient settings through effective application of technology and training.
- Collect feedback from staff to continuously improve training programs and resolve recurring challenges.
- Participate in departmental meetings to stay aligned with ongoing projects and system updates.
- Credentialing & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and best practices for system use within the clinical environment.
- Maintain professional credentials and stay current with new certifications, technology, and training methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, education, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- years of experience in a clinical or healthcare training environment, preferably in Emergency Department or Inpatient settings.
- Previous experience working with healthcare technology systems such as [specify software/equipment] is highly preferred.
- Certifications and Credentials:
- Credentialed Trainer certification (or equivalent) preferred.
