Key Responsibilities

As the Hospital Controller, you will :

Direct and oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

Develop and implement internal controls and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Manage and enhance revenue cycle functions to optimize financial performance.

Qualifications

Experience : A minimum of 3 years of recent experience in a hospital setting is required.

Education : An Associate’s degree in Accounting or a Bachelor’s in Business Administration (or equivalent) is strongly preferred.

Certification : CPA designation is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $150,000, based on experience.
