Job Summary

The Human Resources Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting HR-related data to support strategic decision-making. This role plays a critical part in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the Human Resources department by identifying trends, developing insights, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze HR metrics and provide detailed reports on workforce trends, retention, and performance.
Develop and maintain dashboards to track key HR performance indicators.
Support HR processes such as compensation analysis, benefits administration, and workforce planning.
Conduct employee surveys and analyze feedback to drive improvements in employee engagement.
Collaborate with HR team members to streamline processes and implement data-driven solutions.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and protection regulations.
Provide insights and recommendations to HR leadership for continuous improvement initiatives.
Prepare presentations and reports for senior management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or a similar role.

Proficiency in HR software (e.g., Workday, ADP) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in Human Resources, Data Science, or related field.

Experience in workforce planning and predictive analytics.

Certification in HR analytics or data analysis (e.g., SHRM, HRCI, or similar).

Familiarity with statistical analysis software (e.g., R, Python).

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.

Adaptable and open to learning new technologies and methodologies.

Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Occasional travel for training or company meetings (up to 10%).
