Job Summary

The Human Resources Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting HR-related data to support strategic decision-making. This role plays a critical part in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the Human Resources department by identifying trends, developing insights, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze HR metrics and provide detailed reports on workforce trends, retention, and performance.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track key HR performance indicators.
  • Support HR processes such as compensation analysis, benefits administration, and workforce planning.
  • Conduct employee surveys and analyze feedback to drive improvements in employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to streamline processes and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and protection regulations.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to HR leadership for continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in HR software (e.g., Workday, ADP) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Data Science, or related field.
  • Experience in workforce planning and predictive analytics.
  • Certification in HR analytics or data analysis (e.g., SHRM, HRCI, or similar).
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis software (e.g., R, Python).
  • Competencies

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Adaptable and open to learning new technologies and methodologies.
  • Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Occasional travel for training or company meetings (up to 10%).
