Key Responsibilities

Conduct employee surveys and analyze feedback to drive improvements in employee engagement.

Prepare presentations and reports for senior management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or a similar role.
Proficiency in HR software (e.g., Workday, ADP) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
