Job purpose
The Product Management Intern will work closely with our Product Management team and Sales Champions to help drive product strategy and market positioning.
PRIMARY GOALS:
- To improve Global Systems market share by implementing area business plan.
- Ensure proper product positioning (internally and externally) through product training, presentations, opportunity response and competitive awareness.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to gather data on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze market data and provide actionable insights to support product development and marketing strategies.
- Assist in developing product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the market.
- Support the Sales Champions in their efforts to promote and sell our products, including the preparation of sales materials and presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and sales, to ensure product alignment with market demands.
- Monitor and report on product performance, including feedback from sales teams and customers.

Qualifications include:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for furniture design and the interior design industry is a plus.
