On-Site ISTQB Certified Testing Specialist-E-file & Pay (SAP Environment)

5) can agree to provide a criminal history record check. This is a fixed fee/hourly based project which is inclusive of travel, lodging, per diem expenses and all other costs associated with the completion of the associated tasks.

Mandatory Experience
Required consultant experience provided by Contractor, shall include:
12 years in IT with at least Ten years of work experience as a Testing Specialist.
Information Technology (IT) Testing and Testing Coordination experience, including the development and management of test scripts (5 or more years)
IT project experience using Agile methodology (5 or more years)
Experience using Issue and Project Tracking Software (5 or more years)
o Proven ability to manage quality assurance of software testing (integration, functional, performance, regression, usability, accessibility, etc.)
o Influences, motivates, and challenges others
o Ability to translate requirements, system documentation and business rules and procedures into test scripts
o Ability to define comprehensive test strategies
o Ability to work with system testers to ensure timely and quality execution of test scripts
o Ability to manage defects and prioritize issues based on business impact and severity
o Ability to create and present clear, concise, and comprehensive reports, including testing status, bug/defect status, bug/defect owner, estimated bug/defect resolution date, mitigation plans and issues/risk identification
o Ability to create detailed test plans, outlining scope, timelines, resource allocation
o Ability to manage test script templates and assist business analysts with template issues
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
o Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others
o Ability to communicate technical information verbally and in writing
o Ability to manage and resolve conflicts or disagreements in a constructive manner to minimize negative impact
Experience / knowledge of a wide range of software
o Experience with Jira
o Experience with Azure Development Ops
o Experience with Microsoft Office 365

Preferred Experience/Skills:
Knowledge of / Experience with implementation of an online submission or ordering application including payment processing

Need to have experience in E-file & Pay SAP Environment Knowledge of / Experience with implementation of an online submission or ordering application including payment processing 1 or more of the following certificates

Testing Certification (Need to have at least 1 of the following)

o ISTQB Advanced Test Analyst Certification

o ISTQB Expert Test Management

Required Duties and Responsibilities of Consultant shall include but are not limited to:
Testing Coordinator for the Florida Department of Revenue s e File and Pay project - Remote work is not available for this position.
o Testing and Validation: Define test plans, test cases, and test data to validate that the developed solutions meet the specified requirements and timelines
o Define testing scope, objectives and acceptance criteria
o Identify and mitigating risks associated with testing activities
o Coordinate and manage system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the solution aligns with user needs
o Work with system testers to assign test scripts to ensure timely and quality execution
o Produce clear, concise, and comprehensive reports, including testing status, bug/defect status, bug/defect owner, estimated bug/defect resolution date
Follow all Department, ISP, and team defined standards and procedures
Performs other related duties, as required

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS
Education - Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS) or other technology related field.

The selected vendor must not hire individuals to work on this contract who are not current with respect to any and all ordered support obligations, including medical support.

Consultant is expected to comply with all state and federal tax laws and to remain in compliance throughout the term of this contract.
