What You'll Do:
- Lead the Charge: Manage day-to-day production activities, ensuring smooth operations, high-quality output, and efficient processes.
- Inspire Excellence: Lead and mentor the production team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Drive Innovation: Identify opportunities to enhance production processes, increase efficiency, and uphold our high-quality standards.
- Ensure Quality & Safety: Maintain rigorous quality control and enforce safety standards across all production operations.
* Resource Coordination: Collaborate with procurement and logistics to optimize inventory and supply chain management.
- Strategic Oversight: Work closely with leadership to align production goals with overall company strategy and growth objectives.
What We're Looking For:
- 3 years of experience in a senior production or operations role, with a proven track record of leadership in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including thermoforming and extrusion operations, as well as associated equipment.
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and process optimization.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills—able to motivate, mentor, and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- A problem-solver with the ability to think critically, prioritize effectively, and thrive under pressure.
- A strong analytical mindset with experience in budget management and cost control.
