RPA Automation Anywhere Architect
Location: Bay Area, California (Weekly 2 days onsite)
Overview: We are looking for skilled RPA Automation Anywhere Architects to join our team in the Bay Area. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere. You will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure that the RPA solutions meet business needs and align with the organization's overall automation strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and architecture of RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere.
- Collaborate with business analysts to define automation requirements and process improvements.
- Oversee the development of RPA bots, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Review and approve RPA bot design and architecture to ensure best practices are followed.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to RPA developers.
- Monitor RPA performance and provide optimization solutions.
- Work closely with IT teams to integrate RPA with existing systems.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in RPA technology and share knowledge with the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Automation Anywhere, including architecting and deploying RPA solutions.
- Extensive knowledge of RPA best practices and governance frameworks.
- Experience leading RPA projects from concept through to deployment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of system integration and cloud-based technologies.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field.
Preferred Skills:
- Automation Anywhere certification (Bot Architect).
- Experience with AI/ML-based automation and Cognitive Automation.
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, etc.).
