RPA Automation Anywhere Developer
Location: Bay Area, California (Weekly 2 days onsite)
Overview: We are seeking talented RPA Automation Anywhere Developers to join our dynamic team in the Bay Area. The ideal candidates will have experience in developing automation solutions using Automation Anywhere, a leading Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platform. As part of the development team, you will work closely with business stakeholders to automate processes, improve efficiency, and drive digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere.
- Work with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business processes.
- Design and build scalable and maintainable RPA bots.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with automation workflows and processes.
- Perform regular maintenance and upgrades to existing RPA solutions.
- Ensure high standards of quality and compliance in automation processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver automation solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an RPA Developer using Automation Anywhere.
- Strong programming skills in languages like Java, Python, or C#.
- Understanding of RPA concepts, including attended and unattended bots.
- Experience with the Automation Anywhere Control Room and Bot Creator.
- Good understanding of process automation and process modeling.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field.
Preferred Skills:
- Automation Anywhere certification (Bot Developer).
- Experience with other RPA tools such as UiPath or Blue Prism.
- Experience in AI/ML-based automation.
